BrightDhan works as a loan facilitation service for RBI-regulated lending partners. This page sets out how we behave towards you.
Clear information
We explain our role (facilitation, not lending), the product ranges and what happens to your request. The lender gives you a Key Fact Statement with the full cost before you accept, and a copy of the loan agreement after.
Your consent and your data
We collect only what is needed for your request, share it only with the lender that handles it and only after your consent. We do not access your contacts, photos or files. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Respectful contact
We call, message or email you only about the request you made, between 10 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. You can ask us to stop at any time.
No hidden charges
BrightDhan charges borrowers nothing. All loan charges are the lender's and are listed in its Key Fact Statement.
