What you will do

  • Call customers who applied on our website or app and explain the loan options
  • Check basic eligibility (salary, city, existing loans) and collect the details
  • Follow up for documents and keep the customer updated on the application
  • Update every call in the CRM the same day
  • Treat customers politely and never promise an approval

What we look for

  • Clear spoken Hindi; basic English is a plus
  • Comfortable on the phone for a full working day
  • Basic use of a smartphone and computer
  • Freshers are welcome; tele-sales experience is a plus
