1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Quick Loan website at quickloan.indifunds.com and the service offered on it. Quick Loan is operated by Devdhan Narayana Finserv Private Limited (CIN U66190UP2024PTC210110), C-44, Block C, Sector 51, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301 ("Quick Loan", "we", "us"). By using the website or submitting the application form, you agree to these terms.
2. Our service
Quick Loan is a loan facilitation service. We collect your loan request and, with your consent, pass it to an RBI-regulated lending partner. We are not a lender: we do not approve, sanction or disburse loans and we do not promise that you will get a loan. The lender decides whether to approve your loan, the amount, the interest rate, the fees and the repayment date.
3. Who can apply
- You are an Indian resident, aged 21 to 58 years, and a salaried employee.
- The lender's own criteria apply (for example credit score, repayment history and location). Meeting the criteria on our page does not guarantee approval.
- You apply only for yourself, and the information you give is true and complete.
4. Your information & consent
When you tick the consent box and submit the form, you allow us to:
- share your details with an RBI-regulated lending partner to process your loan request;
- contact you by call, SMS or WhatsApp about this request.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@quickloan.indifunds.com. Withdrawal does not affect anything already done with your consent. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
Quick Loan does not charge you any fee for using this service. The lender's interest and charges (for example a processing fee and GST) are set by the lender and shown in its Key Fact Statement before you accept the loan.
6. Your loan with the lender
If you continue with a lender, your loan is a contract between you and that lender, under its own loan agreement, Key Fact Statement and policies. Please read them carefully before you accept. Repayment is made to the lender as per your loan agreement. Quick Loan does not collect repayments and is not responsible for the lender's decisions.
7. Calculator & information
The loan calculator and the figures on this website are estimates for information only, based on the ranges the lending partner has shared with us. They are not an offer or a quote. Your actual amount, rate and charges are those in the lender's Key Fact Statement.
8. Fair use
- Do not give false information or apply in someone else's name.
- Do not misuse the website, try to break its security or send automated requests.
- We may refuse or remove a request that looks false, fraudulent or abusive.
9. Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Quick Loan is not liable for any loss arising from a lender's decision, from the loan agreement between you and the lender, or from websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
