This policy explains how we handle your personal data on quickloan.indifunds.com, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Details you give us in the application form:
- full name and mobile number;
- city;
- loan amount you need, monthly salary range and your approximate CIBIL score range (as you tell us).
Details recorded automatically: your IP address, the page you came from, the time of your consent, and basic device and browser information.
3. How we use it
- to process your loan request and match it with a suitable lending partner;
- to contact you by call, SMS or WhatsApp about your request;
- to prevent fraud, duplicate or false requests and misuse of the website;
- to understand how the website is used and improve it;
- to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Who we share it with
- Lending partner: with your consent, your request is shared with an RBI-regulated lending partner that may offer you a loan.
- Service providers: companies that host our website or provide analytics, only as needed for their service.
- Authorities: when the law, a court or a regulator requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel to measure visits, see how pages are used and measure our advertising. These tools do not receive the details you type into the form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
